The opportunity

In this role you will have a strong background in immunoassays or ligand-binding assays (LBA) to support PK/PD bioanalytics method development, validation, and implementation for pre-clinical studies and clinical trials. You will be a member of Specialty Bioanalytics which plays a critical role in development of biological therapeutics from late stage of research, IND enabling GLP studies, clinical trials through BLA submission and post marketing support.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Perform assay development, validation, and sample bioanalysis for preclinical and clinical studies

  • Assist writing standard operating procedures, method validation protocol, and validation report

  • Compile and analyze data using spreadsheets and graphs

  • Maintain laboratory records and supplies

  • Provide help for logistic support in collaboration with sample management team

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years or Master’s degree with minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in scientific field of Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Immunology and Biological Sciences in CRO or Pharmaceutical industry setting.

If Bachelor’s, then:

  • at least 3 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in LBA such as ELISA and the application to drug or biomarker concentration measurement as evidenced by laboratory skills

  • at least 3 years’ experience in regulated laboratory setting and familiarity with the use of LIMS

If Master’s, then:

  • at least 1 year of knowledge and hands-on experience in LBA such as ELISA and the application to drug or biomarker concentration measurement as evidenced by laboratory skills

  • at least 1 year of experience in regulated laboratory setting and familiarity with the use of LIMS

Preferred Skills

  • Solid publication Record

  • Familiarity with various LBA assay platforms
