The opportunity

The Opex Site Lead will prepare, manage and control improving activities, will deal with data collection and analysis and documentation processing, will participate in team activities and meetings, and communicate findings. The position will be in close interaction with employees at every level of the plant leading all activities regarding site Opex Transformation. The position is part of the global Opex community.

How you’ll spend your day

• Lead the Opex Transformation and implement the Teva Operating System standards

• Participate in training, coaching and capabilities building at site (for management and change agents)

• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements

• Help site management with setting of ambitious targets, KPI

• Demonstrate the appropriate use of Lean techniques during Opex projects, knowledge sharing and best practices

• Ensure local project follow up, rising the flags, proposing the project plan changes

• Guide and assist to teams with projects and help them achieve their goals

• Assist with measurements of performance and development progress, work with local IT systems (SAP, Tableau, KPI, MES and TrackWise etc.)

• Assist with other activities according to direct manager requests

• Follow all company norms and regulations

Your experience and qualifications

• Relevant university degree (Engineering, Technical, Pharmaceutical, Chemical)

• Extensive experience in leading Opex/Lean projects.

• Deep understanding of key aspects and methodologies of the Production systemс and other process improvement techniques

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage and empower employees.

• Focused on business impact and actionable recommendations

• Ability to analyse and interpret data and establish key takeaways

• Evidence of ability to teach, guide and mentor others

• Excellent understanding of site culture and dynamics

• Fluent in English language

• Proven technical and computer skills – Microsoft Office, SAP, Lean, etc.
