The opportunity

Teva's future growth and prospective success is largely dependent on solid leadership. At Teva's Global Talent Management team we invest in best-in class talent practices to cultivate a robust senior leadership pipeline and expedite their development to drive our organization forward.

We are seeking for a Director of Senior Talent Management Development and Leadership to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our senior talent management strategy. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent, as well as cultivating a culture of leadership excellence across the senior levels of the organization.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Design, develop and implement cutting-edge senior talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.

  • Design senior talent annual global conferences, ensuring these conferences are innovative, thought provoking and scalable to be implemented across the organization.

  • Design, implement and maintain a global senior talent community to support senior leaders continuous learning and networking.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development, and incorporate relevant insights into our strategies.

  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to assess talent needs, identify gaps, and implement solutions to address them.

  • Establish metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Your experience and qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development roles, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong understanding of talent management principles, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing leadership development programs and initiatives.

  • Demonstrate an executive presence and ability to work with senior HR and business leaders

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Verbal & written fluent English
