The opportunity

The Global Marketing Partnership Lead plays a pivotal role in leading and managing commercial business partnerships in collaborations with the Alliance Management team to unlock the partnership potential and maximize asset value. This marketing executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with alliance partners, establishing key performance indicators to track alliance progress, and providing strategic guidance for future partnerships. With a focus on clear communication, strategic decision-making, and a results-driven approach, the Global Marketing Partnership lead is instrumental in driving the success of partnerships in a fast-paced, global environment.

Location:This is a hybrid opportunity that could be based in our Parsippany, NJ or West Chester, PA offices

How you’ll spend your day

  • Global marketing Biosimilar Portfolio lead for partnerships to effectively lead and manage all aspects of deal terms and agreements to unlock full potential of asset value.

  • Lead effort to build strong relationships with alliance partners. This involves understanding critical R&D milestones, contractual milestones and maintaining regular, transparent communications, both internally and externally

  • Primary marketing strategic point of contact with Alliance team and partner following deal.

  • Establish and lead key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of the alliance. Regularly monitor performance against these KPIs and adjust as needed to ensure the alliance a product(s) performance remains on track.

  • Provides guidance for future partnerships based on current execution challenge.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or PhD) preferred.

  • Previous experience in pipeline management and working with R&D, manufacturing, global commercial teams

  • Previous corporate alliance management experience

  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead global cross-functional teams effectively.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Global and Domestic travel may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working from the office 3-days per week, per policy
