Job Description

The pharmaceutical industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace. Customers are expanding beyond traditional office based healthcare models and traditional ways of engaging our customers will need to be adapted in a post-COVID environment. In order to enable Teva to be best positioned to serve the patients and the HCPs who treat them, Teva needs to identify opportunities to improve the strategy and tactics of the marketing and sales organizations promotional efforts.

The Operations Project & Planning Analyst must be detail oriented and enjoy working within a fast-paced and continuously changing environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to be innovative and exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. Furthermore, this person will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to handle a wide variety of tasks or activities by multitasking or prioritizing.


All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.

  • Work with the U.S. brand teams and sales leadership team in setting priorities, planning, developing and delivering speaker programs in support of each brands strategy.

  • Provide speaker program and other project management & status reporting to Sales Operations, Marketing and Sales partners to insure overall alignment with strategy and tactics.

  • Collaborate with other Sales Operations and cross-functional partners to address knowledge gaps for the portfolio of brands and to insure a more complete picture of marketing execution and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with Sales Planning team and Sales Analytics team as needed to support reporting requirements using internal and external resources.

  • Strong experience in project management, an understanding of analytics, and an ability to apply analytics to a real world setting with data.

  • Other projects, development, and duties as required/assigned including following Teva Safety, Health, Compliance, and Environmental policies and procedures.



Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast paced environment (Pharmaceutical or Agency experience a plus)

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of software and SharePoint preferred


  • Basic skill level in MS Office including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel and Outlook

  • Basic knowledge of teleconference and videoconference services

  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills required to reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with tremendous attention to detail

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required

  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
