How you’ll spend your day
Ensures the implementation of working instructions and Standard Operating Procedures relating to the Product Engineering Department and compliance with requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
Manages the Product Engineering Department, overseeing the professional and personal welfare of the personnel under his charge.
Ensures the documentation pertaining to activities in the Product Engineering Department is handled and archived according to the relevant approved procedures.
Oversees planning and preparation of Packaging Standard Sheets for new products and /or for new packaging configuration and/or for new country. Verify that they are according to the requirements of Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Operation and Quality Assurance departments.
Ensures that the approved graphics and technical specifications of the packaging material is transferred to the packaging laboratory.
Provides technical assistance to the Procurement Group regarding supplier's selection and material specification.
When a complaint is received, collaborates in the investigation, as well as suggesting corrective actions when relevant.
Your experience and qualifications
Education: Preferably B.Sc. Training in cGMP.
Proven experience and knowledge in work processes in a pharmaceutical factory.
Experience in the implementation and operation of information management systems.
2+ years’ experience in a leadership role
High level English (speaking, writing and reading).
Fast learning ability.
Ability to work with many interfaces (including abroad).
