How you’ll spend your day

• Co-ordinates artwork information to enable the creation, progression & approval of new artworks by means of a design house/customer and print vendor;

• Co-ordinates product information so the design house/customer is able to create artwork right first time according to details outlined in the design brief and instruction email;

• Plans and prioritizes with the design house/customer and print vendor to ensure that the end product is delivered in a timely manner, either to meet intended product launch dates or submission deadlines;

• Liaises effectively with all levels of personnel within the company, external suppliers and customers;

• Is responsible for all aspects of vendor print proof approval;

• Raises purchase orders to cover artwork origination costs. Monitors and agrees payment of invoices. Resolves any invoice issues with the appropriate contacts;

• Develops and improves the artwork process to give financial benefits to the company;

• Ensures all processes and SOPs are adhered. Monitors and reports design house/customer and print vendor performance on a monthly basis to ensure quality, performance and costs are in line with business objectives;

• Ensures that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company – e.g. cGMP, SOP, specifications, Regulatory Affairs, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements;

• Proposes and implements continuous improvements.

Your experience and qualifications

• University degree or equivalent;

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical industry preferably within an artwork or regulatory department considered an advantage;

• Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details;

• Excellent communication skills in an international environment;

• Good computer operational experience (MS Office), specifically Excel skills;

• Knowledge of Print Process and Pharmaceutical Quality processes – specifically packaging/ artwork related would be an advantage;

• Customer orientation;

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
