The opportunity

How you’ll spend your day

  • Create agreements via TAP system.

  • Communicate with customers and liaise with the legal department.

  • Facilitate the signing process via DocuSign.

  • Upload agreements to CRM and maintain Excel for tracking.

  • Support signing and uploading of Supply Agreements with the legal department.

  • Create brochures for all sales offices based on an annual schedule.

  • Coordinate with departments (PM, RA, R&D, designers, printers).

  • Prepare product catalogs with stakeholders for specific events (CPHI WW, DCAT US, CPHI Japan, CPHI China, FCE).

  • Gather necessary information from all Teva API units (R&D, Operations, RA, Procurement, CX, etc.) for marketing presentations.

  • CPHI Organization Support: Manage calendar, Arrange bookings and gifts, Organize training programs, and Connect with lecturers as needed.

  • Managing calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics.

  • Arranging conference rooms, restaurants, taxis, and other needs.

  • Opening new suppliers and handling gifts.

  • Organizing team events and providing support for various departments.

  • Generate purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Process and close invoices in the systems on time

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, marketing, or related field.

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent English
