We are searching for qualified and motivated candidates for the role of Artwork Studio Coordinator , who would like to join to the Global Artwork Studio team, based in Sofia .

The opportunity

Manages activities as reviewing the incoming artwork requests / briefing for digital artwork components changes for correctness and completeness; checking the artworks changes brief: according the provided checklist aligned with the local market instructions, Product Supplier’s technical requirements and the Global Artwork Studio internal quality procedures.

How you’ll spend your day

• Ensures that requests for artwork, submitted by customers are complete and ready to be allocated to the artwork technicians

• Performing a check by checklist used at this stage defining key checks and supplied information to ensure that the essential data has been provided in the required format to enable an Artwork Technician to progress with creation of the artwork.

• All checks are logged in a designated record, and monthly reports are generated from this for trending.

• Anything on the projct information that does not appear correct must be checked with the local market prior to allocating to an Artwork Technician.

• Allocates work to Artwork Technicians within agreed timescales and ensures deadlines will be met

• Ensures smooth communication between Artwork Studio, local markets and internal and external suppliers

• Traces timelines and escalates issues to contract managers/global planners/supply chain and others, if necessary

• Distributes the approved artworks to planners/release sites/QPs

• Follows approved artwork procedures in all activities both within Artwork Studio and with external parties

• Provide training / re-training to the Markets if necessary

• Records and trends data to be fed into the Quality Management Systems

Your experience and qualifications

• University Degree or Relevant Education

• Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details

• Excellent communication skills in an international environment

• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills

• Good computer operational experience (MS Office), specifically Excel skills

• Knowledge of Print Process and Pharmaceutical Quality processes – specifically packaging/ artwork related would be an advantage
